安全問題

安全問題可為您的客戶提供額外層級的安全性，通過輕鬆驗證其身份。 例如，当重置密碼時，系統把提示客戶選擇其安全問題並輸入答案，才會建立新密碼。

你可在設置（）>系統設置>安全問題中進行配置。

設置安全問題#

你必須在管理區域中設置安全問題，它們才能在客戶區域中可用。

  添加問題#

要添加一個新問題，可用緊嘅文本框中輸入，然後點擊保存變更。 將將安全問題添加到系統中。

系統會提示客戶喺註冊、修改賬戶密碼或申請新密碼時選擇並答一個安全問題。

以下是一些安全問題的建議：

• What was the house number and street name you lived in as a child?
• What were the last four digits of your childhood telephone number?
• What primary school did you attend?
• In what town or city was your first full-time job?
• In what town or city did you meet your spouse or partner?
• What is the middle name of your oldest child?
• What are the last five digits of your driver's license number?
• What is your grandmother's (on your mother's side) maiden name?
• What is your spouse or partner's mother's maiden name?
• In what town or city did your parents meet?
• What time of the day were you born? (hh:mm)
• What time of the day was your first child born? (hh:mm)

  禁用問題#

要禁用安全問題，請刪除清單中出現嘅所有問題。 你只能刪除當前未使用嘅問題。

設置客戶區中嘅安全問題#

在您為安裝設置安全問題之後，用戶可以設置自己嘅問題同答案。

添加新問題#

要為用戶設置安全問題：

1. 從客戶區，進入「你好，姓名！」 >安全設定。
2. 從清單中選擇一個安全問題。
3. 在文字框中輸入答案。
4.   點擊保存變更。

更新問題答案 #

要更改客戶賬戶上選定的安全問題和答案：

1. 從客戶區域，進入「你好，姓名！」 >安全設定。
2. 輸入現有安全問題嘅答案。
3. 從列表中選擇一個新嘅安全問題。
4. 輸入答案於文字框內。
5. 于確認方塊內重複輸入答案。
6.   點擊保存變更。

刪除用戶嘅保安問題#

你可以透過停用嚟刪除個別用戶嘅保安問題。 將允許用戶設置新嘅保安問題。

刪除（刪除）個別用戶嘅安全問題：

1. 登入管理區域。
2. 到客戶>管理用戶。
3. 搵到所需嘅用戶，並點擊管理用戶。
4. 設定禁用安全問題為是。
5.   撳保存.
